We offer a “Refund & Exchange” within 10 days of receiving the product in its entirety.
When you submit a request for exchange or return, we offer a pick-up service and your requests shall be processed once we receive the items subject to discussion returned to us in its entirety. Please Note there is “No Refund & No Exchange” policy on the Mask category for customer safety.
Please note you get notified at the time of refund initiation through SMS & Email. Once initiated it may take 5-7 working days to reflect in original source of fund(Bank Account or credit card).
