Sizing

What sizes does Junne carry?

Junne loungewear is available in sizes XS through 4XL. Every drop is fit-tested across the full size range, so cord sets, ribbed tops, joggers and lounge pants land the same way whether you shop XS or 4XL. Plus-size fits (XL, XXL, 4XL) may be priced slightly differently — see the product page for exact pricing.

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page has a size chart with measurements in inches. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — Junne loungewear is designed to drape.

Fabric & Care

What is soft touch cotton terry?

Soft touch cotton terry is Junne's signature long-fibre cotton, woven and washed to feel worn-in from the first wear. It drapes, breathes and softens further with every wash — the fabric behind the ribbed tops, cord sets and lounge pants across the range.

How do I care for Junne pieces?

  • Machine-wash cold with like colours, inside out.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Tumble dry low or line-dry in shade.
  • Cool iron if needed.

Soft touch cotton terry is designed to soften with every wash — no special detergents required.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost in India?

  • Delhi NCR (Delhi, Haryana, UP): ₹250 — Prepaid or COD.
  • Rest of India: ₹300 — Prepaid or COD.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery across India is 10–15 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a live tracking link.

Does Junne ship internationally?

Yes — flat ₹1,700 to 28 countries including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, UAE, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Israel and across the EU (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland). Delivery time varies by destination. Limited Edition items ship within India only. Questions on your specific country? Email support@shopjunne.com.

What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

Junne isn't responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@shopjunne.com within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date and we'll resolve it.

Exchanges & Returns

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Email orders@shopjunne.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order ID
  • Contact details
  • Size replacement request

Our team responds within 24–48 business hours. After a quality check on the returned piece, we process the exchange. Your first exchange is free — additional exchanges are chargeable.

What are the conditions for exchange?

  • Items must be unwashed, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are for a size swap on the same product only.
  • For XL, XXL and 4XL sizes, pricing may vary — see the product page.

What is the Twin Flame collection?

Twin Flame is Junne's newest capsule — a unisex, acid-wash soft touch cotton terry set in four moods: Cotton Candy (soft pink), Moondust (acid-wash blue), Phantom (charcoal) and Green Flag (sage). Available as cord sets, T-shirts, shorts and lounge pants. Buy 2 pieces save 5%, buy 3 save 10% — discount applies automatically at checkout.

Are drops small-batch?

Yes. Drops are limited-run in considered palettes. Once a drop sells out, it quietly retires — we don't reprint.
